EITC amended to allow S Corporations to claim EITC credits against their Pennsylvania personal income tax paid through the pass-through entity

2009

First cut to the program: decreases from $75 million to $60 million

The Program did not receive any further cuts or increases

2011

Program increased by $15 million

2012

Program increased by $25 million
Total EITC Program: $100 million.

The Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) Program was created; capped at $50 million
